The composition and character design as well as the effects work great together. The electrical effects are what stand out most to me, don't you think it would look cooler in a darker room?

The character design is certainly somewhat interesting, but I find that the way the highlights are done on the skin makes her look a bit oily. (This can be helped by either adjusting the lighting in the room or modifying how her skin reacts to light sources.)

The hair is a lot more detailed than other parts of her character (Especially when compared to the ears which is hard to ignore since they are so close together) causing a clash in style. (This can be helped by equally distributing the amount of detail more organically)

You should also consider how the character fits relative to their environment.

Oh wow, not only would this be a neat idea it's presentation is executed perfectly. The lineart is clean, the shading is as good as it needs to be and the overall composition is fabulous. You are certainly an artist others can look up to. :D
